Currently all over my site there are some "login to post comments" below the nodes. They point to the usual
?=user/login. Is there some way to change all of them so they point to ?q=facebook instead?

I'm a little rusty, but i think you can do that with path module.
i'm not sure if user/login can easily be overridden though.

You could create a custom module/theme to override this though.
