post to multiple blogs post to one and distribute content to many?

Hi I have 4 drupal sites, 3 wordpress sites and one plone, Yes this confuses me too, and I would like to make a blog and post to all sites one time.
Now, I make a blog, 3 -7 per day and go to each site to copy and paste, ehh.

JR, with the Drupal sites you can create nodes from a feed using feedAPI or leech or other modules.

Don't know about wp or plone but at least you could cut your copy and paste by 50%.
