I was wondering if when I make new page content is there a way I can include JSP pages or code? If there is a way that I can do this if so could you please let me know how.

Drupal is PHP
amd you can include JSP the same way as you'd include it into any other PHP page. I do not know whether such a way exists or not, but it's not Drupal specific.
