Thought this Module is visible under the Transliterator, in my Modules List, but I am not able to get that How to Configure or Enable this Feature for my posts.

The module comes with a block which can be enabled through the blocks menu. This block provides switching functionality for languages.

Hope the issue is resolved now, hence closing the issue.
