menus primary links second level broken

After lots of hours finding out why the second level of primary links menu isn't show in secondary links area (when you select primary links in both "Menu containing primary links" and "Menu containing secondary links", in Admin->Menu->Settings), I found that is the "Localizer Menu" module that breaks it out!!

Versions:
Drupal 5.7
Localizer 3.4

it looks like Localizer dont support menu_primary_links(2,0)
