The bullet points are the hideous default bullet points at the moment...not sure if this is right because there are some bullet point icons in the images folder. See

The menu-xxxx.gif in the images directory are there by mistake. They are the one from Garland theme. I am going to replace them with my own menu-xxxx.png with the next release (and modify the style.css to use them). It's not cool bullet images but at least a bit better than the default and then you can easily replace them with your original ones since style.css now supports them.

There's actually a bug here in that the images you've included are .gif while color/color.inc refers to .png images. If you update the include for the right extension, it'll stop the errors we get when we save the theme settings.

I cant see this issue, the 3 menu-xxx.gif images are gif and color.inc refers to gif's.
