Is someone able to outline how the admin menu is configured on the showcase site at http://www.unleashedmind.com/drupal/admin_menu/ ??

Specifically, how does one enable 'create content' for users and disable other menu items? Is this a modification of the menu tree itself (drupal menu, separate to this module) and/or can this be set differently for the admin user(s).

I was under the impression it was not possible to have different configurations and this was an admin interface specifically...

[if this is possible, can the admin links under the image be disabled?]

Please read the README.txt in front of posting support requests. Menu items in DAM depend on the granted user permissions. The showcase site allows anonymous users to access certain administrative Drupal pages.

thanks for the reply. I have played around with different permissions (as set out in the readme). I was not able to get 'create content' to show up for other users, irrespective of permissions—this was the impetus for my original question.
