You don’t give enough detail.

What

  • theme are you using?
  • can you put in the right-side bar?
  • else have you tried?

Do you have a right-side bar in your theme?
Have you tried to put the blocks in a region that already has a block in it?
Please demonstrate that you’ve made some effort.

Rather ask questions in the issue queue

As the module maintainer, I just noticed your question in the forum. Glad you fixed it, but remember you'll usually get faster answers when opening a "support" issue on any module's issue queue than by asking in the forums.

SQL error

zeniten - July 23, 2008 - 12:16

Hi!

I have vocabulary, term, node with the term, block for the vocabulary - but in the block only the message "there is nothing here" + an error:

User warning: Unknown column 'tn.vid' in 'on clause' query: SELECT COUNT(tn.nid) FROM term_node tn INNER JOIN node n ON tn.vid = n.vid WHERE tn.tid = 1 AND n.status = 1 LIMIT 0, 1 in D:\_web\xampp\htdocs\proba\includes\database.mysql.inc on line 172.

I thought only typing error, and in taxonews.module (at line 199) I tried to change the .vid to .nid - first it seems good appear an "Archive" link in the block - but later I got blank page for everything.

(system: drupal 5.7, php 5.2.6, sql 5.0.51,
@version CVS: $Id: taxonews.module,v 1.10.6.8 2008/06/08 13:15:04 )

Thanks!

Use the issue queue instead of the forum

Hi, for module-related questions like this one, it is usually better to submit them as a support request in the issue queue for the module: this warns the maintainer, while forum issues won't warn him/her, and also allows for closing the problem once it is solved, and has better search features than the forums.

This looks a lot like http://drupal.org/node/236928

Hope your question was solved in the meantime.
