Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-1:
- Improvements to the sync command. Patch by Moshe Weitzman.
- avoid empty log msg when using sync command in verbose mode. minor.
- more flexible ignore table list when dumping or migrating your DB
- slightly better help for sql commands.
- You may keep multiple sets of tables for skipping when doing a sql load or sql dump
- proper name of directory is 'backup' not 'backups'
- more info in 'test list' command for simpletest
- improve help text
