I am planning to host a drupal based website with around 15-20 sub-domains, I am looking in to "HostMonster" for hosting services. Is there any better choice available ?

Umm what kind of sites are they going to be? Are they all going to dynamic sites or what?

Remember don't just look at Space and Bandwidth. Look for good track records at Web Hosting Talk as there you will get the most real reviews instead of just bought top spots.

Also if they are 15-20 different drupal sites you may want to even look into a VPS or Dedicated if they get decent amounts of traffic.

Web Hosting Talk is a good forum. You might also want to check out the 2008 hosting thread.

What are the subdomains going to be used for?

I will give a small example, but it may not be a good example :-)

If there is a website called "www.company.com", we can create sub domains for various departments in side a company like "www.dept1.company.com" , "www.dept2.company.com", so that each department has its own webpage and content. And creating subdomains do not cost anything on most of the host providers.

Hope it clarifies.

Yes but are they all going to be dynamic sites run by drupal? Because if so you probably want at least a VPS if not a dedicated server.
