Issue Summary
Hi,
Amazon filter does not honor input formats; it outputs vanilla HTML, even if it is used with another input filter. Thus it can not be used with any input filter that is not HTML compatible (MediaWiki, PEAR Wiki filter, BBCode, etc.).
I'm not sure if this a requirement for a clean Drupal module, however I'd wanted to point this out. Also, I'm really sorry not to be able to suggest a workaround that would be input filter independent.
