I was happy to discover that HTML tags are allowed in the footnote and DST marker fields. This patch updates the helptext to be more clear.

Thank you for the patch. Yes, HTML tags are allowed based on the current input format of the site.
So you can use images or colored text for the DST marker and footnote.
I will add this patch to the next release I am planning sometime this week or this weekend.
