I added the mod "iconify" and a few minutes later deleted it. Now I can't see my admin panel....instead I see this...

What can I do to fix it?

not core related if a module caused the problem. Moved to the iconify issue query. Not sure which version of the iconify module you tried to use so adjust the verison accordingly.

Also note: This is a perfect reason why new modules should be tested on a test site rather then on your production site.
