Experienced Drupal Themer Required: Budget to $3000USD

Hi All,

I have immediate need for an experienced Drupal themer to redesign my website. Some preliminary work has been done in regards to layout and functionality, however the successful applicant must be fully prepared to work with me to develop the design from scratch and ideally will be willing/able to put forward ideas (i.e. you're the expert, so if my assumptions/ideas are incorrect or not best practice I need to be told).

Key aspects/requirements I'm looking for are;

• Extremely familiar with Drupal theming and custom templates which must be demonstrated through previous work
• Highly familiar with Drupal modules and their configuration (particulary views)
• Good working knowledge of AJAX required, as is JQuery and PHP
• Good working knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to ensure standards compliant coding
• Availability to start ASAP, and most importantly enough time to be able to focus attention on this project to ensure a reasonable and guaranteed time to delivery
