When I upgrade from version 1.9 to version 1.11, I receive the following error on pages which display the extra voting forms ...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function drupal_add_js() in /var/www/drupal/sites/all/modules/extra_voting_forms/extra_voting_forms.module on line 104

No other content, except this error, is displayed. This happens with either jquery 1.1.2 or version 1.2.1 which ships with the module.

Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180 on Windows XP SP2 exhibits this behaviour.
Firefox 3.0 beta 5 on Windows XP SP2 is fine.

Reverting to version 1.9 resolves the issue.
