The menus where created in 6.1 but if I want to delete them I get the message:

The menu name can't be longer than 27 characters

Some menus where possibly created in 6.2, but I can't tell this for sure.
(This is a site under construction)

When I try to duplicate the error in 6.2 I get the same message when creating a menu. So it seems safe guarded there.

I get the same error. I accidentaly created a new menu named "Seconday Links" and I'm wondering if this is why I can't delete it. I know I'm deleting the right one because mine has both words capitalized instead of the Drupal "Seconday links" which has the word "links" in lower case.

I guess I need to find it in the database and delete that row from there.

If anybody has another suggesting?

This sounds like the same issue as http://drupal.org/node/292790. I have posted a patch on this issue entry.

This issue summary just got updated - the history shows "Automatic revision for Drupal 7 upgrade".
Any ideas what this is about? The link is not very helpful.
