Video Module

This module allows users to submit videos to a drupal site.

6.x-dev version released on middle of April 2009 are intended for development testing only. Do not use 6.x-dev on production environments. Use a stable release instead.

Videos are embedded into html pages and can also be downloaded.

Support Video Types:

  • mov, mp4, 3gp, 3g2, mpg, mpeg (handled by Quicktime Player)
  • divx (handled by Divx Player)
  • rm (handled by Real Player)
  • flv (handled by FlowPlayer 3.0 or later ***)
  • swf (handled by Adobe Flash Player)
  • dir, dcr (handled by Adobe Shockwave Player)
  • wmv, asf, avi (handled by Windows Media Player)
  • ogg theora (handled by Cortado Java Applet)

  • Google Videos
