Client requested that the products added in the coupon could also be products the coupon don't apply for. So instead of selecting every product except a couple, you can now select the few products you don't want included.

Patch based on ubercart.org downloaded module. So it might need some cleanup for the current d.o release.

Thanks for the patch, this feature has not been implemented in the current version so it'll have to put submitted in before this patch can be applied.
