how do i enable comments and set it as default for all "page-type" content
cause right now I have to enable comment manually for each article i post

i cant seem to find the global setting for this..

If you go to administer -> content types and click the edit button for your content type on the right side of the page you will get the page where you can set the default settings for your content type. Toward the bottom of the page under the Workflow section you'll find the default comment setting.

Probably, you missed something along the comment settings:
check out comment settings at:
admin/content/comment/settings

Goto:
admin/content/types/page

and set "Default comment setting:" to Read/Write

I didn't miss any thing
At last I know where the problem is.
I can see comment_settings when I turn interface_language to English
But when I switch to Arabic no comment_settings there.

Is this a BUG?
how to fix it?
