Just use the user import module, works nice.

Hello,
this module, work fine in Drupal 6.x ?? (the last drupal 6 release )

i like to import something like 120 user and i have installed Drupal 6.3

@ichbinpepe,

I only tested this on D5, but there it worked nicely, BUT make sure to do a dry-run with something like your own email address, if you plan to automatically create usernames and passwords, especially with names containing german umlauts and funny stuff like that.
