I'm tapped out, I hope someone can explain this. Here's the story. I have a number of custom blocks. When I'm logged in as the superuser and click on "configure", I have full access to everything and all is hunky dory.
But if I log in as any other user that has permission to administer blocks, I can click on configure and get to the admin screen for the blocks but the fields for "Block title" and "Block body" are not available. Everything else is though.
All the block access control permissions are enabled for the roles in question. I started with the zen theme and haven't altered any template.php code related to blocks.
Any ideas?
