It would be valuable to know the ratings one user has given to other user. This is reverse of current functionality where the receiving user (content or node) has ratings received. It would be like eBay's "Feedback left for others" in the Feedback Profile tab.

if votes are being cast on other users, it's already possible to pull up that information. The specifics would need to be up to the author of the module that casts the votes: VotingAPI stores enough possible permutations of voting data that it can't provide custom UI displays of every possible combination
