it should be under "site configuration" but it is not there

also, when i click "pathauto settings" in the edit page of a post, it links me to the main administration page but no pathauto page

I can confirm this bug. Pathauto 6.x-1.0/Drupal 6.2
Same exact issue.

I believe this is a duplicate of #253129: settings disappear after upgrade (confused users, bad link from node edit form). Can you add your thoughts there?

I've hit the same issue. Looking at the pathauto.module, the correct path is admin/build/path/pathauto.

@EdinburghRob - yes, your issue is the same as this one which is a duplicate of #253129: settings disappear after upgrade (confused users, bad link from node edit form). Your ideas on how to improve the situation are welcome in that issue.
