Click 'Import' to start a new import, but there is nothing to click

I have installed the User Import module. I have made mine as well as a couple other user roles able to import users.

I went to the page to import (admin>user management>user imports). I get the message "Import users from a comma separated file (csv). Click 'Import' to start a new import." There is no place to click.

I amusing a highly customized zen template.
