Description

I would like to only automaticly create menu from Taxonomy that uses paths that are already made by pathauto, and to use native Taxonomy pages and not the ones created by this module. Is this possible?

Taxonomy Menu does not create any taxonomy pages. It gets the info from Taxonomy through the aliases from Pathauto, and spits that information out as a menu.

Pages that Taxonomy menu links to behave differently. For example while viewing some Term page it also prints nodes that are categorized as subterms of that term, and this doesnt happen in "normal" taxonomy listing pages. Also looked at the code and im not sure that what u are telling is correct.
Or maybe we misunderstood , im not talking about administrative taxonomy pages but about node listing by terms.

I am pretty sure this has been fixed in later versions (especially the d6.x versions)
Re-open if you disagree...
