Javascript/template expert needed

We're in need of a programmer for a mostly-JavaScript project that needs to fit cleanly into our existing PHPTemplate-based site. The most similar application in type and scope that I can think of as an example is an MMO talent calculator. There are a bunch, here are some examples:
