Dude, where's my feed?

Howdy,

Newbie alert!

All I know is, if I have a View and specify RSS: RSS Feed Selector in the Argument options, I can create an RSS feed for the items contained in that view.

I've been able to do this for any View that's available as a Page. However, I can't seem to do this for views that are only displayed as Blocks. Does it have anything to do with the fact that I have a custom page template where I have print $feed_icons , and no block template?

I need to be able to have the feed icon beside the title of each block the way my client wants :(
