CCK Input Form as Block

I have a content type that I created that I need to show as a block for input. I want it to show in my sidebar like the user login stuff does. Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do you install this module.
"Enable data entry from a block" --- admin configuration page ? where/what is this page
Visit the block administration page --- again where is this ? ----- and enable/configure the block for the form
