Hi Blue Space,
To remove the topic creation date by admin etc, please use your browser to visit the admin theme configuration page and uncheck the check box relating to post information display.

To remove the More link at the bottom I guess you need to modify the views page .
If you are currently not using the views module, I would suggest that you do it and in the views page remove the more link.

Hope this helps.

Blue Space,
Glad to know that your first problem is solved.

Regarding the second one I guess you need to set the views page view as "full content" instead of "teaser"

The default display for drupal shows trimmed version of the content and a "more" link to the full content.

You may also modify the teaser length of your post settings in the Admin Content Management > Post Settings. However, in this the "more link may still be displayed.

I have another problem, I placed the adbrite ads in my page,
the ads perfectly fits to the content display width of the garland theme so the "Your Add Here" part goes under the ad instead of appearing in the rightside of the ad which make the page look awful

I tried open most of the files to find where the table width lies, but failed, can somebody please tell me how to increase the width of the content display area (or shorten the navigation area) in Garland Theme

Here's an image explaining my need :)

Thanks for all the helps

Okay I tried hard, I was able to increase the content area, but the "your ad here" still come below the ad, now i think it's the problem with the drupal's HTML processing for the contents from database, because it's showing perfectly when i put the code into the page.tpl (footer) itself, is there any way to solve this issue

okay, without any reply, I've to spend some 2-3 hours to figure out what's going on where, finally it's all done

Bye & Thanks
