I have just updated to the latest version of 'Share' and:
1. the Group-option in Share is gone (and indeed my links are not grouped). I cannot forward articles now
2. Is my impression correct that each update of this module causes it to reset its settings so that you have to start all over again?

BTW I use share with Service Links and Forward)

Did you run update.php? If so and the Share link is still not showing, you will need to set the Share settings and the Service Links and Forward settings to be used with Share. Sorry for any inconvenience, I tried to make it a seamless update but there were quite a few changes to make sure I got them all.
