payment method controls per node

I'd rather have the payment types set in the event node rather than site wide. Different event node owners may want to have different types of payments (requiring different mailing addresses for cheques, etc).

Maybe change 'signup pay' settings to 'default' payment types and then let the node owner decide which types to offer....and define what paypal address to direct users to pay to, mailing address for cheques/checks...even the node owner's credit card gateway (?? would that be viable/possible??)
