How can I make the vertical scrolling DOWN rather than UP

Issue Summary

Please let me know if it is possible to have the scrolling downward and how would I accomplish this.

I have tried to hack the module without any success and couldn't find this request previously.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried going to admin/settings/taxonomy-ticker and setting the Direction to Vertical instead of Horizontal?
