I have created a user profile called "product version number", I also have a "Documentation" page which displays all product documentation.

in Drupal 6, is there a way I can display Documentation based on what user profile user choose at registration. Thanks in advance

i think this is what you're looking for: http://drupal.org/project/node_privacy_byrole

also, if somebody accidentally picks the wrong role during registration, you may want to look at: http://drupal.org/project/role_control - it will let them pick another role (on their own or with your moderation)
