jquery_update / imagefield / jquery_form / cck (Please don't call it just Content - that is confusing.) / imagecache
NOTE: Although ImageCache is not listed on the Modules listing as required (and it doesn't seem to need to be turned on) my install of AM failed without downloading and at least unzipping imagecache-5.x-1.5.tar.gz
