hello I work for a shipping company who is looking to work in some features to a site. This job is not for a themer more for site development & consultancy

1. Pay to signup feature that incorporates a user profile wizard...

2. (I should preface by saying the heart of the site forums/blogs using OG module to negotiate a price for a product/service) A way you can charge a customer an agreed upon price for the product/service.
I like the Ubercart module for its simplicity so I was looking to incorporate that module but from my understanding it is more of a defined product or service shopping cart.

3.Implementing a drupal compatible user referral 3rd party software package/ or extensions to the current affiliate module.

4. Need help implementing locale or 18n whatever is preferable.
