When Using Views and VotingAPI results as Sort Criteria the Site Display is Severly Messed Up in Internet Explorer

When I create a view and use sort criteria via anything from the VotingAPI module that view shows as being completely "messed up" in Internet Explorer, by this I mean if I am simply displaying a list of teasers it will put one at the very top of my page, print a few teasers over other teasers and just severely mess up the site when viewed in Internet Explorer. The page seems to work fine in Firefox, I am wondering if anyone else has this problem I would appreciate if some other people could try to replicate it because its very strange.
