Hi,

I having some problems with the shoutmodule on my website. First i thought it had something to do with caching, but i have tried to disable it, but that didn't help.

When i try to delete a shout, i get the confirmation if i really want to delete it, but it doesnt get deleted. In the apache error-log i get this:
[Fri May 02 11:40:37 2008] [error] [client 130.226.199.103] File does not exist: /Library/WebServer/Documents/aocfan.dk/shoutbox, referer: http://www.aocfan.dk/

I also have problems with sometimes i can't see some shouts but after a few minutes, it's suddenly there and then it's maybe gone again.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks,
Tonny

I added the rewrite rule to the apache conf and now is the error gone. But i can still not delete shouts and im still having problems with the all shouts not showing everytime. The data are in the database.

I haven't been able to reproduce it, but I'll try again over the next few days since you say it's an intermittent problem.

Can you tell me if it happens for all users or just a particular user? What shoutbox permissions do these users have?

Cheers,
Stella
