do you still need to apply the patch to form.inc with this version. I noticed in your documentation you had 5.x-0.1 as the link to the latest release, and was not sure if it still aplied to 5.x-0.3.

The patch doesn't actually patch the editview module, it actually patches the form.inc include file from the drupal core.

So you have to install the patch for all D5 versions of editview at this stage.
