Drupal 6.2 used by anyone as snw ?

Has any user implemented a snw with drupal 6.2 and mods for 6.2 ?
Namely
- scrapping ( or profile comments ) with ability to do ajaxified reply to another's comment from own
comment page and edit one's own scrap posted on another user
- ability to set up groups where the group has a default gallery and a forum
and group owner can edit or delete any content or comment ( currently with views forum view
cannot be set neither group owner can edit a comment with organic groups )
- privacy setting to set my profile | profile comments| my blog | my album to be visible only by me or friends or all and ability to block any user plus minus auto hide of his contents/comments

.
Social network sites require a lot of modules. I would recommend 5.x for SN sites until probably this summer so the contribs have a chance to catch up.

Lot of modules ? Yes
Lot of modules ? Yes probably. I had actually used 4.7 for snw but support for it is now gone as well as lots of modules are unusable with 5.7x or just unavailable ( like instant message, a thing available on all snw, was available upto 4.7, not thereafter )
Now I do not want to have same experince by going with 5.7 which is nearing being "obsolete" soon :(
It is best with the latest - and in this case 6.2 in not actually the latest as 7 and some modules for it are also being developed.
A site needs LOT of management other than scripting and updating scripts ( for the average, more or less non profit type site owners ) so installing a script and not having to tweak it ( at least for 5 to 6 years, except security or performance patches ) is a thing which we look forward to.
Regarding lot of modules, I think .... not much high number if proper modules are there, for example a solid snw profile module with privacy options can do away with tens of other modules.
