Look under Admin > Site building > Themes > configure, check global settings. You can add your own.

I tried this (made a logo as PNG, converted to ICO from http://www.convertico.com/) and uploaded it, but now I don't get any logo in the address bar. The firefox tab displays the "standard" icon that all pages without a favicon displays (looks like a page with a small fold in the top right corner).

What could be the problem? The ICO file I have is 64x64

Thanks!

Thats called a Favicon (favourite icon).

For more information check this - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon

On Drupal it's called "shortcut icon" and as the previous poster said is under your Theme settings.
