when I use this function, set the $criteria = array('content_id' => $id, 'function' => 'count'), it return an array with two items.
I check the code. I find the key 'function' is not working.

Fixed in the current dev version. Regrettably I rolled beta4 before checking in the fix for this. Beta 5 will likely be coming shortly.
