Windows Bot
Do you run Linux? If so, don't worry, it is just some bot probing for a known Windows vulnerability. If you run Windows, make sure you are up to date and patched and you should be fine with respect to this.
Nimda
looks like the nimda virus trying to hit your system. (google)
If you are running Apache as your web server, this is not generally a problem as the exploits it tries are not Apache exploits. If you are running IIS, then hit the Microsoft security page and make sure you are up to date. If you are not much to worry about.
