I've created two views - the first shows the latest news article... The second shows the last 10 news article titles (with links to node)... I "attach" the second view to the first views' footer - I made sure the php was enabled.

The views look great while logged in as user1 (admin) but when I log of and access the page as an anonymous user I cannot see the second view (the list of 10 news articles) instead of the list I see an 'n/a'

I am using Drupal 6.1 / Windows II6 /PHP5/MySQL5

ahh, I think what you're talking about is not actually an attachment, and actually had me testing the wrong thing.

That said, I can't duplicate this.
