Shouldn't that be listed once abd then the description below the vocabulary name?

Changelog is on the page twice at the top.

Well, I just listed it as a demo, no necessarily a GOOD demo. The first title is all the vocabularies to be listed. The second one is the first vocabulary. I changed the demo to now show two vocabularies, so maybe it is a bit better demo.

How does one get it to just show the vocabulary once? As you can see below, "Changelogs" is on the page twice. I think it wold look better if "Changelogs" appeared on only one of the two lines. Why does it appear twice?

These are Change log "blogs" for my modules. The module entries (terms) themselves contain links to the appropriate project page, or page on my site, and Drupal.org "Contributed Modules" handbook pages.

I explained this in #1 above. Take a look at the new demo and you'll see the difference.

I will look and see how much work it would be to suppress the second title if there is only one vocabulary given.
