Package node not becoming available

Could somebody take a look at http://drupal.org/node/254535 and see if I've done something wrong that is preventing it from being released? It has been sitting for 14 hours or so and as I understand it should be published every 12-hours or so? Thanks Josh

I had a similar issue a couple of days ago where a release node did not get published on its own for a couple of days. This was a stable release, so it should have happened in a few minutes. I did the Edit/Submit trick for the releases tab, to no avail.
I ended up just checking the "Published" checkbox, and hitting Submit, then all was fine ...
Did not need to do that before, but thought I would mention that to dww/hunmonk when they around to this.

The last time I saw something like this, the DB happened to be crippled via some other failure when the packaging script ran, and it was unable to publish the nodes after they were packaged.
I don't see any signs of trouble (but I don't have time to look too closely, and I don't have access to the DB servers to look over there and try to correlate logs based on the time your release was originally packaged). Given that things apparently are fine now, I just did what kbahey suggested and marked the release node published.
Calling this fixed for now, but if nnewton or killes knows anything about DB troubles or something else that would explain this, feel free to reopen.
