I have installed Ubercart, had my attributes working on my products and then poof no longer working.I have double, triple checked that the product classes have the attributes assigned to them and yet there are still no attributes showing in the catalogue, also there is no attribute tab when I click to edit the product. I will be eternally grateful to anybody with some advice.

i expected that i would be able to give a product an attribute, and then specify the when creating a product, but am not seeing if/how to do this.

ideally i would like a customer who purchases a specific item to be able to enter custom information (like initials) for the item. For example, if they are buying a baseball cap and they want their initials embossed.

any suggestions?
