For now, it's possible to create Tickets, that unassigned to any Task/Project.
Well, than go to Timetrackings and add new timetracking for this Unassigned Ticket - it's possible.

Than bring back to the Timetrackings list - it's impossibble to differ which Timetracking assigned to Unassigned Ticket, such as wich Timetracking unassigned to any Project or Unassigned Ticket.

Sure it will be correct, even if I think than Unassigned Ticket in Task category looks curious (because it looks like Task).
