Hi to all

I'am using zen for theme, I created a new layout for my site, in this, I created 3 areas wich load iframes, 2 of them using flash aplicattions and another one that I want to load storys that are gonna to be published, I dont know how "to call" storys or the content I creat to this iframe and make it open with taget_blank to open in a new page

Please do help
