Can "comments" maintain theme?

This module works well. I appreciate the effort.

I currently have Virtual Sites + Conditions set up to provide a different theme based on path (example.com/path1, example.com/path2, etc.)

The issue I have is that when "Comments" links are clicked, the URL path becomes "example.com/comment/reply/..." and busts up the themed experience.

Is there anyway I can approach this issue... a way to somehow make the "Comments" on a particular Virtual Site maintain their respective VS theme?
