I have a csv file (windows formatted as recommended). It has multiple fields. I am not able to import the address fields and a couple others.

I have added the fields via the user profile area. The fields appear in the user Import settings area. I have used the pulldown menus to say which area of the CSV I want in which field of the database.

the user name goes in, the passwords I have assigned go in.

I have ignore first line, contact, and activate accounts ticked off under Options.
I have assigned a role.

Any idea where I should look next?

Take a look at the data in the CSV file - anything unusual about the format of columns not importing?
